In a conversation about shared KPIs, one thing led to another and we agreed to 'do a run' together. The KPIs in this instance will definitely not be shared - expect Joe 'Hueligan' Crome charging ahead, Ashling accelerating thinking of impact, and me holding Gemma back as we finesse the charity partner strategy around mile 10.

We are embracing place based giving and running for a very important unit in the John Radcliffe Hospital, which was set up just before we all were babies ourselves.

SSNAP support sick newborn, their parents and those that care for them; by providing emotional, medical, financial and informational support.

SSNAP was founded in 1982 and has supported the Newborn Care Unit at the John Radcliffe Hospital ever since. The unit can care for up to 56 babies at any one time and is a Level 3 Centre, the most sick and premature babies from across the Thames Valley, are looked after here in Oxford.
