After saying never again! On Sunday 7th September 2025 I will be running the Great North Run for Rape Crisis Tyneside and Northumberland, I truly couldn't think of a better cause, being part of this amazing team means I know just how far this money will go to help survivors.

The Great North Run is the world’s biggest and best half marathon, with 60,000 runners taking on the 13.1-mile route from Newcastle to South Shields each year.

Rape Crisis Tyneside and Northumberland is completely independent of the criminal justice system including the police. Their services are free and confidential.

They won’t judge, they don’t criticise, they listen.
