Story

In loving memory of my sweet cousin Daniel, who sadly passed away on 22nd December, I’ve decided to take on a fitness challenge in his honour 💙

Daniel’s favourite place was the Mencap Centre. I can’t thank the incredible volunteers there enough. They make everyone who attends, along with their families and friends, feel so welcome, safe and at home. Dan absolutely loved his days there. He always came back with the biggest smile on his face, telling us how much fun he’d had.

The Mencap Centre is a charity run by amazing volunteers and donations, so I’m hoping to raise some money to help support this wonderful place going.

Throughout January, I’ll be completing 175 miles made up of running, walking and cycling. I’ll be updating daily with how many miles I’ve completed — some of this will be done outdoors and some in the gym too.

Anyone who knows me knows I usually drive everywhere 😂 so this will definitely be a challenge!

If you’re able to donate, no matter how small, it would mean so much. Thank you for helping me honour Daniel and support a place that brought him so much joy 💕
