Story
Chloe and Esme are students at St Benedict’s Catholic School and they have been set a challenge “Give to Good”. Each student has been given £2 and with that money, they can either simply donate it to a charity, combine their money with other students to give a larger donation, or try and increase the amount of good they can do with that small amount they started with.
Chloe and Esme thought about what they wanted to do and who they wanted to do it for. Many of you will know that Chloe’s Grandad was diagnosed with Parkinson, which whilst it was a shock to hear that diagnosis, it was a relief to know that there was help available. The girls are going to be carrying out a 5k walk in aid of Parkinson’s and hope to do as much good as they possibly can, adding their combined £4 to whatever total they raise.
