From Holly:

When my mum was diagnosed with MS, I was just three years old, and my brother was around seven. Trying to understand such a complex disease at that age was tough, but the MS Trust made it easier. Thanks to their books and resources, my mum was able to explain MS to us in a way we could understand. Over the years, she has used these same guides to help friends, family, and colleagues understand her condition.

Now, I want to give back by taking on Tough Mudder—an obstacle course that, in many ways, mimics some the challenges faced by those living with MS. Some obstacles simulate symptoms like muscle weakness, loss of balance, and extreme fatigue—things my mum and so many others deal with every day.

The MS Trust does incredible work, not only by supporting people with MS but also by funding research into treatments. Right now, there is no cure, and because MS is a degenerative disease, current treatments can only slow its progression.

In the UK, around 1 in 450 people have MS, and that number is rising. I want to raise money to support this amazing charity and help fund vital research to improve the lives of those living with MS.

Any donation, big or small, would mean the world. Thank you for your support!
