This charity (with a brief description below on what they do) have helped me with so much personally and I would love to enable them to provide support for more people like they did for me.

With the £500 target they could support a full course of specialist counselling for a victim of sexual violence or child sexual abuse, helping them to develop coping strategies and enabling them to move forwards with their lives.

“CARA (Centre for Action on Rape and Abuse) works with victims and survivors of sexual violence and child sexual abuse, providing independent, specialist support and promoting and representing their rights and needs.

CARA works with almost 2000 victims and survivors of all ages and all genders from across mid and north Essex each year, providing a range of high quality, specialist services.”
