I’ve decided to challenge my self to run the great north run 2026 in aid of the motor neurone disease charity!

I’ve chose this charity to help raise awareness around this awful disease!

A little back story last year my wonderful step father went to the doctors with what he thought was a trapped nerve in his shoulder after months of tests and his arms progressively getting worse at the beginning of this year he got his diagnosis of motor neurone disease at a young age of 48! This has slowly getting worse to the point he struggles with normal day to day tasks and only due to get worse!

Any donation would be greatly appreciated this all goes to an amazing cause
