Story
Hi I'm Holly,
I am raising money for the wonderful Mind charity by swimming the distance of the English channel ( 22 miles - in a swimming pool) within 14 days. Starting 1st February 2024.
Mind is a charity who supports mental heath problems from anger and anxiety to sleep problems and student life.
Mind empowers people who experience a mental health problem to make informed choices about how they live and recover.
Mind also gives tips and advise on how you can support others.
In 2023 Local Minds supported almost 470,000 people.
And 1.3 Million employees were supported through their workplace wellbeing programs.
