On 30th November, I’m taking part in Mental Elf, a festive 5K run for Mind BLMK. (We all know I love anything festive!!!) I know many people run huge distances- but for me 5K is a big personal goal - and I really hope it can also help raise some money for such an important charity!!! 🌟
