We’re not just climbing hills – we’re confronting the mental health crisis in our community. Tidy Butt is a small but mighty mental health charity based in Sebastopol, Pontypool. We offer four free therapy sessions to anyone who’s struggling, with no long waiting lists – most people are seen within two weeks.

Tidy Butt is a charity extremely close to my heart, I have been fortunate enough to receive a great deal of support and help from their counselling services.

Myself and my lovely friend Penny, are taking part in the Tidy Butt - Peaky Climbers challenge, where we will be walking the Skirrid to raise funds for this wonderful cause 👍
