Help Us Give Feral Cats a Better Future 🐾
The Cats Protection Holsworthy & District Branch urgently needs new feral cat traps to continue our vital Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) programme.
Our current traps have been used so extensively that they’re now beyond repair. Without replacements, our ability to help local feral cats is at serious risk.
Why this matters:
Feral cats can breed rapidly if left unneutered, leading to a cycle of suffering and overpopulation. TNR allows us to:
Humanely trap feral cats
Neuter them to prevent further litters
Return them to their original homes in the wild, where they can live without contributing to the population boom
Last year, thanks to your support, we helped 93 feral cats. So far this year, we’ve already helped 59 — and we want to do even more.
We’re aiming to purchase automated traps (like these) which are more reliable, efficient, and less stressful for the cats. Every pound you donate will bring us closer to replacing our old traps and continuing this life-saving work.
Please donate if you can — your generosity will directly help control the feral cat population, reduce suffering, and give countless cats a better chance at life.
Thank you for caring — together, we can make a real difference.
Cats Protection help more cats than any other organisation and we want to help millions more. We are a dedicated community of passionate employees, volunteers, supporters and partners, working together to make life better for millions of cats and the people who care for them.
We are the voice of cats in society and we speak up for their protection.
We’re working towards a society where every cat is treated with kindness and respect.
Making a better life for cats, because life is better with cats.
