At Holt Recruitment, we’re not just about finding people great careers – we’re also passionate about giving back to our local community. Each year, we take on a big charity challenge to raise money for causes that matter.

On May 9th, our team will be taking on a 24-hour boxing marathon at our Bournemouth office – that’s over 4,000 rounds in just one day – all to raise funds for Home-Start Wessex.

Home-Start Wessex is an incredible local charity that provides one-to-one support for families with young children facing difficult times. Through trained volunteers, they offer practical and emotional help – reducing isolation, building confidence, and improving family wellbeing.

Last year, we raised enough to support 8 Dorset families with six months of personalised support. This year, we want to do even more.

Every donation, no matter the size, helps Home-Start Wessex continue their life-changing work.
