Ten years ago, we opened our doors in Ringmer with one simple belief: that older people deserve to live well, safely and happily at home, surrounded by people who genuinely care.

Since then, we’ve supported hundreds of families through some of life’s most important and emotional moments. We’ve seen the relief on a daughter’s face knowing her mum is safe. We’ve watched clients rediscover independence and joy. And we’ve witnessed Care Professionals go above and beyond every single day.

Because great care is about more than support. It’s about connection, dignity and belonging.

Now, we want to give something back!

To celebrate our 10th anniversary, we’re launching 10 Years Together. A year of community events throughout 2026, bringing people together through storytelling, connection and fundraising.

Why this matters

Loneliness and isolation are some of the biggest challenges facing older adults today. For many, a simple conversation or a friendly face can change everything.

That’s why we’re raising funds for Home Instead Charities, helping older people feel seen, valued and connected.
