We're fundraising by walking 15 miles and camping in hammocks in October for the very excellent charity Home-Start Kettering.

We are going to be using maps and compasses to navigate to our eventual destination, so we may end up walking a tad more than 15 miles! Although we will have members of the 23rd Kettering Scout Group, who should keep us on the right path.

Why Home-Start Kettering?

Home-Start is an amazing local charity that helps families with young children deal with whatever life throws at them.

They support parents as they learn to cope, improve their confidence and build better lives for their children.

Who are we?

Emily Fedorowycz is the former Mayor of Kettering and an all-round wonderful person!

Dez Dell loves nature (so much so he helped save a wood and meadow from destruction*). With Emily he is also a local Green councillor for Kettering.

Loz Anstey is a performance poet and long time friend of the two above - she jumped at the chance to come on the walk with them!
