Did you know that, every 5 minutes someone in the UK has a stroke. On Sunday the 13th of July we are cycling 55 miles from Brecon to Cardiff along the Taff Trail to raise money for Stroke Association. Many of us during our lives will likely know someone that is unfortunately affected by a stroke. Stroke Association is a charity that works with people affected by stroke and work to reduce the impact of Stroke.
