I am taking part in another charity run for my beautiful nan and family impacted my dementia/ alzheimer's .

Each day we live, is shadowed by the reminder and fear of dementia, whether that's my mum caring for my nan, or the worry of one day ourselves being in that position. Seeing the illness change our family completely has been emotionally shocking and i wouldn't wish it on anyone.

I'm running for those impacted directly or those who have watched a loved slowly taken by this cruel disease.

I love my family more than anything and forgetting each other is not an option 🩷
