Story
In 2021, I ran nearly 3,000km in 12 months, through storms, struggle, and lockdowns β all while dressed in hilarious, joyful costumes. I raised over Β£7,000 for mental health, because even in heartbreak, I knew one thing: I had to keep moving.
Now Iβm back.
But this time, itβs personal.
π I lost my grandparent to prostate cancer.
π I lost a dear friend and colleague to pancreatic cancer.
And I know what you probably know too:
1 in 2 of us will be affected by cancer.
So Iβm taking on a new challenge β for Clan Cancer Support, and for every single person facing the emotional and physical toll of cancer.
π THE MISSION
π June 2025 β December 2026
πΆπ½ββοΈ 50KM every week β walking, running, cycling
π In full costume β joy, laughter, connection
βοΈ 2-minute cold showers after every session
π Weekly 5β10 minute ice baths
π Spreading hope through Aberdeen, Montrose, Dundee, and Glasgow
This is for the families sitting in waiting rooms.
The people waking up to chemo.
The loved ones who never got to ring the bell.
And the organisations like Clan, who walk beside them every step of the way.
If I can show up as a unicorn in the snow or a banana on a bike, maybe I can help start a conversation β or raise the funds that change a life.
Donate. Share. Or join me on the journey β costumes 100% encouraged.
β€οΈβπ₯ Letβs honour those weβve lost.
π Letβs support those still fighting.
π Letβs make hope visible β and unstoppable.
This is for them. This is for all of us.
