We are a dedicated team of hospice employees made up of Nurses, HCA's, Physios and Complementary therapists who are preparing to take on the mighty Mount Snowdon overnight.

Our group will climb Wales' highest peak to support East Cheshire Hospice's mission to continue to provide compassionate, holistic, end of life care and support for patients and their families.

As a group we have decided to push ourselves physically as we see first hand how much hospice care means to patients and families at a very difficult time.

As we reach the summit, not only will we be standing at the top of Snowdon watching the sunrise, we will also be proving that with determination and team work even the steepest challenges can be overcome!
