House Of Wellnest is coming up for 1 year open and we have decided to celebrate this by raising money for the MS Society, a cause that is incredibly close to our hearts. My partner Jamie’s dad Jim was diagnosed with MS at a young age and sadly passed away due to complications from the illness. Jamie's Uncle Ronnie (Jim's brother) also Sadly passed away from MS in 2024. I also have a close family member who continues to live with MS and also friends, so we have seen first-hand the daily challenges this condition brings.

On 28th March, we’re opening House of Wellnest to raise funds, with all money made on the day going directly to the MS Society. From 10am–4pm, we’ll be offering:

• Ice bath dips

• Pressotherapy sessions

• Mini facials by Morgan at @_nkd_skin

• Red Light Therapy Sessions

All available in exchange for donations.

We’re also proud to have the team from @Flowstate_experience_ joining us on the day. They are professionals and world record breakers in ice exposure and will be there to coach and support anyone taking part in the ice baths, making the experience both safe and empowering.

MS is a condition that affects not just those diagnosed, but their families and loved ones too. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help fund vital research, support services, and hope for a future without MS.

We will be accepting cash donations on the day however we wanted to make this Just Giving Page so anyone that maybe cannot attend the event on the day or would like to Donate towards MS Society can.
