In the memory of dear Howard who sadly passed away from Prostate Cancer in March this year. Howard, my best friend for 52 years and my dear brother-in-law, such a waste of a wonderful man. The Howard Day Team (12 of us - Me, Tim, Michelle, Ben, Kath, Selby, Biffy, Neal, Alex, Ruth, Edwin and Rachel) will be taking part in the Manchester 100 on September 1st 2024.

We want to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK to help to raise awareness for this horrible disease and to further research so that hopefully one day there will be a preventative measure.
