This year I will be tackling the Great North Run in support of JDRF, an amazing charity that we were blissfully unaware of until our daughter, Issie, was diagnosed with Type 1 in 2020.

JDRF provide support to help improve the lives of those living with Type 1 Diabetes and fund research to one day eradicate the condition for good.

Any donations, not matter how small would make a huge difference,
