The Ruth Strauss Foundation does incredible work in supporting families when a parent is living with an incurable cancer, helping them have the conversations that matter most and providing tailored emotional support.

They also work at raising awareness and funding research into non-smoking related lung cancer – a growing but often overlooked illness.

Their mission is simple: to ensure no family faces these challenges alone.

On Sunday 26th April 2026 I'll be running the London Marathon to raise money for this amazing charity. Please give generously, your donations are going to a fantastic cause - my target is £3,000, but once I hit £2,000 I'll match the next £500 donations to get me to the target!
