Story
This cause is personal to me.
In 2019 my dad passed away after many years battling alcoholism. Nacoa (The National Association for Children of Alcoholics) supports children and adults dealing with exactly what my family went through.
I want to do more than raise money — I want to raise awareness. If there's anyone out there, especially anyone young, going through what I went through, I want them to know they're not alone, and I want to show them what's possible through running.
I'm taking on two brutal challenges for one charity:
🏃 100km in Chiang Mai, Thailand
🏃 24 Hour Bangkok Championships — just two weeks later
My goal is to raise £500 for Nacoa. Every donation helps them keep supporting children of alcoholics across the UK. Thank you for reading this far, and thank you for anything you can give.

Nacoa (The National Association for Children of Alcoholics) is a Bristol based charity founded in 1990 to provide help and support for everyone affected by a parent’s drinking.
We believe that every child has the right to a happy childhood and to live a creative and meaningful life but when drink is the family secret they are more likely to experience family violence, neglect and other problems in their own homes.
