Howell's School Supports The Pachamama Project

Howell's School is raising money for The Pachamama Project
The Pachamama Project exists to eradicate period poverty, to support girls' education and to promote dignity for asylum seekers. We are growing a global network of volunteers to make reusable period pads for refugees and vulnerable people - for a world where no one is held back by their period.

Story

During the 2025–2026 academic year, one of our key priorities is Women’s Health @ Howell’s, and this half term's focus is on period health access. Today’s concert is raising funds for The Pachamama Project, a UK-registered charity dedicated to addressing the critical issue of period poverty faced by vulnerable individuals around the world. The project's mission is to create a sustainable network of volunteers who come together to produce reusable period pads, ensuring that those in need have access to essential menstrual hygiene products. We invite you to join us in supporting this vital cause. Your support can make a tangible difference in the lives of those affected by period poverty.
