Story
This year Holy Trinity CofE have decided to raise money for Abigail's Footsteps in memory of Jude Michael Shevlin. Our Caritas Social Worker, Rosie son Jude was born sleeping a week before his due date in September. Rosie and her family have been working hard to raise funds for Abigail's Footsteps since the loss of Jude. Rosie and her family are hoping to be able to raise enough money for two "Abi cooling cots"; the second of which they hope to be installed in a hospital / funeral home in Burnley. The current cost of one cooling cot is £3000. Abigail's Footsteps provide the much needed cooling cot to hospitals and funeral homes to enable families to spend the very short and much needed time with their baby. Many hospital don't have enough of these cots and some not at all.
Please get behind us by donating to our "Colour Run" to raise as much money as we can, to help Rosie and her family to achieve this.
Abigail’s Footsteps works to achieve:
