Hugh James Nursing Care Department will be walking from Pontypridd to Cardiff along the Taff Trail on the 8th November, in honour of, and to highlight that 1 in 2 people will be somewhat affected by dementia in their lives. We as a department have a longstanding relationship with Age Cymru who work closely to provide vital services to elderly individuals around Wales. Any donations would be greatly appreciated.
