I will be doing 10k in my tri-ride wheelchair in September fundraising for Include.org. Everyone deserves to be heard and understood. Include.org supports over 400 people with learning disabilities, autism, and communication needs through Speech and Language Therapy-based activities and training. Their programmes build confidence, friendships, and inclusion in the community. Every donation will help them continue their life-changing work and support even more people to find their voice.
