I am happy to share that I will lead my family including my 9 year old daughter Eva and 12 year old son Leo to participate in the annual Chester Charity Walk on Sunday 20 September 2026. It's 6-7 miles starting and finishing at the Chester Racecourse. We will walk with other 250-300 walkers and dogs for this family walk event organised by Chester Business Club.

This is to fundraising after my Great Birmingham Run Half Marathon on May 3rd, 2026, to support CMV Action. This incredible charity is dedicated to raising awareness and providing support for those affected by congenital cytomegalovirus (cCMV). This is a virus that is passed onto an unborn baby during pregnancy. Some babies will have no symptoms, but for others, it can have a life-changing impact. It's a really common virus and yet so many people have never heard of it. Have you?

The most common impact is hearing loss, but it can also effect vision, cognitive and physical ability. Every year, countless families face the challenges that come with this condition, and your support can make a real difference.
