We are fundraising over the festive period for Momentum (www.momentumcharity.org). They provide support to families with seriously ill children, both whilst in hospital and at home. They also fundraise to deliver precious moments to these families, provide support workers, hospital partnerships and more.

We will be walking 10k to raise money for Momentum on the 6th of December. We will be leaving Hurstwood View at 11am, and heading through Five Ash Down, up to Coopers Green and into Uckfield town centre. From here we will be walking up to the Highlands pub for lunch. We aim to arrive here for 12-12:30. After lunch, we will return the same way, collecting donations and creating as much awareness as we can along the way.
