Sion Gruff and Owain are running the Cardiff Half Marathon this September to raise money for Ty Gobaith; a charity that meant so much to my mother "Nain Corwen" who worked tirelessly to for three decades raising money for this wonderful hospice.

The boys will not be "racing" but running together in memory of Nain, but there might be some "competitiveness" creeping in as they progress during the race.

Thanks so much for supporting them and this wonderful charity.
