Hydra Rig UK is proud to announce a 10-mile sponsored walk in support of the Caister Lifeboat Station, taking place on Friday 17th July 2025.

This meaningful event reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting vital emergency services within our community. The walk will begin at our Great Yarmouth facility and follow a scenic route along the seafront to the Caister Lifeboat Station, before returning to the starting point.

All the Members of Caister Lifeboat are volunteers who give their services free, without any form of remuneration. This enables all the money that is donated to Caister Volunteer Lifeboat Service to go directly to the lifesaving operation.

Fund Raising events take place throughout the year, whilst many other organisations organise events and other activities to fund raise for the lifeboat. Caister also has two separate branches at Beccles and Wymondham which operate independently to support the lifeboat.
