This Sunday I am taking part in the Chicago Triathlon’s Olympic distance challenge, raising funds for the RedStart charity in loving memory of our wonderful friend Freddie.

Freddie believed deeply in giving children the best possible start in life, which is why he co-founded RedStart in 2012, together with Rob Gardner and Jonny Letham. Today it is the UK’s largest financial education charity, empowering people from the age of 4 - 40 to build lifelong financial confidence and change their lives for the better.
