As many of you already know I lost my father Barry to dementia in May last year.

We have decided to take part in a 26 mile walk around London on 25th January to raise money for Dementia UK

Dementia is a terrible disease which affects those diagnosed and their families in so many ways.

Dementia UK provide specialist dementia nursing for the whole family. Their nurses, known as Admiral Nurses, provide free, life-changing support and advice to anyone affected by dementia.

Please give if you can, i know it's the wrong time of year but it's important to me and hopefully this will be the first of many fund raising challenges we take on.
