Hi! I'm Summer, Jr Miss Merseyside, and I'm incredibly proud to be fundraising for Alder Hey Children's Charity as part of my journey to the UK Galaxy Finals in March.

Alder Hey is a charity that is particularly close to my heart. They have supported me throughout my own journey with my thyroid, and I want to give something back to the hospital that has helped me.

🎯 My goal

My overall fundraising target is £3,000+, and I'm starting by aiming to raise my first £1,000 here on JustGiving.

To reach my overall target, I'll be organising fundraising events across Merseyside, including:

🎭 MELT × Jr Miss Merseyside — A Night of Musical Theatre

🧠 The Big Jr Miss Merseyside Quiz

👑 Community appearances and other fundraising activities

Every event will help me get closer to my £3,000+ goal and, most importantly, raise money for Alder Hey.

💗 Why Alder Hey?

Alder Hey has played an important part in my own life, so being able to fundraise for them means a lot to me. They have been supporting me since I was only 11 days old!

I'm hoping to bring together my local community, businesses, performers, friends and family to support an incredible cause.

My first milestone is £1,000 — but the ultimate goal is £3,000+!
