Hi, on 23rd August, I’ll be jumping out of a plane to raise vital funds for the Heart Club at Bournemouth Hospital – a cause incredibly close to my heart.

A few years ago, I suffered a heart attack. It was one of the scariest and most uncertain times of my life. But through it all, I had the constant care, support, and encouragement of the amazing team at the Heart Club at Bournemouth Hospital.

Their ongoing support during my recovery – not just physically, but emotionally too – has been nothing short of life-changing. They help so many people like me every single day, offering guidance, rehabilitation, and community when it’s needed most.

Now it’s my turn to give something back.

On 23rd August, I’ll be taking on a 15,000ft tandem skydive to raise funds for this brilliant team – to help them continue their work and reach even more people on their heart health journey.
