It is with huge regret I am unable to take part in the Command Challenge this year - a fall from a ladder has put me out of commission.

Madness at my age - yes perhaps, however raising funds for those in need of the support of RMA - The Royal Marines Charity is so important, and every penny counts!

Royal Marines Physical Training Instructors, arguably the best in the world, will push/pull me along, and as possibly the oldest taking part my aim is not to be the fastest nor the fittest but to do my best to finish the course in one piece :-).
