Ian lived an incredibly long and happy life, reaching his 100th birthday in August 2025. He had many interests during his life, including sailing, skiing, golf, square dancing and playing the accordion, as well as being a long standing and active member of the Rotary Club and The Arun Yacht Club.

He was a much loved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother and uncle. He had been sadly diagnosed with dementia in 2019 so this charity is close to our hearts.
