Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Andrew sustained major injuries following an accident whilst riding his mororcycle on the M60 on Saturday 12th July. Without the attendance of the Emergency Services and rapid response from the North West Air Ambulance it would not have been possible to transport him to hospital for further medical care.

The Medical Team at Salford Royal Critical Care Unit worked tirelessly to save his life over the following 48 hours. Unfortunately Andrew's injuries were so severe that he sadly passed away on 14th July surrounded by his family and friends.

The family of Andrew would like to thank everyone who was involved with the care of him from the roadside to the hospital. It would be a fitting tribute if we can raise money for the North West Air Ambulance in his memory, this charity operates solely on the generosity of public donations.
