Since 1885, SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity has been a trusted source of support for serving personnel, veterans and their families in their time of need. Our teams of trained volunteers and employees provide practical, emotional and financial assistance to the Armed Forces community to make sure they never battle alone.

As a veteran of 22 years service in the Army I am raising funds for SSAFA who support service families and veterans in need, a really worthy cause. I will be cycling the 74 mile route of the Tour of the Borders on the 6th of September. More info here: https://tourotheborders.com/
