🏃♂️ Running for Mental Health — Tokyo Marathon 2025
Mental health matters — and on the Isle of Man, it’s a growing concern that affects families, schools, and workplaces every day. I’m fundraising for Isle Listen, a local charity doing incredible work to help people recognize that mental health is just as important as physical health.
As a parent to a 14-year-old daughter, I know firsthand how vital it is to support young people in understanding and managing their mental wellbeing. Isle Listen provides early intervention, education, and training in schools and workplaces across the island — helping to build a community that listens, supports, and acts.
🎯 My Challenge: Tokyo Marathon — March 1st, 2025
To support Isle Listen, I’m taking on the Tokyo Marathon — my fifth race in the World Marathon Majors series. I’ve been fortunate enough to complete London, Berlin, New York, and Chicago, and Tokyo brings me one step closer to earning my sixth star with the Boston Marathon.
I’m aiming to raise £3,300 to support this incredible charity and help make mental health support more accessible across the Isle of Man. I also hope Tokyo will be the race that gives me the qualifying time to enter Boston — the final piece of my six-star journey.
