Peak District Ultra Challenge 2024 · 6 July 2024 ·

Over 150,000 of us in the UK have MS. It’s unpredictable and different for everyone. But it doesn’t have to be this way. We’re the MS Society. We understand what life’s like with MS. We're here for you through the highs, lows and everything in between. Together, we are strong enough to stop MS.

Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I am excited to share with you that I will be participating in the Peak District Ultra Challenge 2024, a 100km trek that will take place on July 6th, 2024. As someone who has seen the impact of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) on loved ones, I am fundraising for the Multiple Sclerosis Society.

My sister Amy was diagnosed with MS in June 2021 at the age of 32 and it has been a challenging journey for her. Despite having some very tough days with her illness, she is a warrior and extremely resilient. She continues to run her own extremely successful business, has bought and totally renovated a house with her husband, got married, and continues to raise my brilliant niece Holly. Her resilience is truly inspiring.

I am lucky to have my health and fitness and I want to challenge myself to do something worthy of raising a large amount of money for this fantastic charity. This is why I am passionate about supporting this cause and making a difference in the lives of those affected by MS.

My goal is to raise at least £1,000 for the MS Society. Every donation counts and will help fund research, provide support services, and advocate for those living with MS. Donating through JustGiving is simple and secure - your details are safe with them and they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, your money will go directly to the charity, making it the most efficient way to donate.

I am grateful for any support you can provide towards this cause. Together we can make a difference in the lives of those affected by MS.
