Story
I’m running 100 miles this June—and I’d love your support. That’s right—100 miles (161km) in a single race.
I’m taking on the South Downs Way in the south of England, over 100 miles (did I mention this?) and 12,700ft of elevation.
It’s the biggest physical and mental challenge I’ve ever taken on, and I’m doing it to raise money for Spark Community Space, a Portsmouth-based charity doing life-changing work.
Spark offers a safe, welcoming space for adults who feel isolated, overlooked, or pushed aside—people facing mental health struggles, illness, learning disabilities, or tough times. It’s more than just a community hub; it’s a place where people are seen, valued, and given a chance to reconnect with purpose and hope.
They’re proof that kindness and community can make a real, lasting difference. Please sponsor my run—every donation will help Spark continue to light up lives. We’ve seen this first hand with our friend Karen, who has been part of the Spark Community for over 5 years following a life changing stroke
If you can spare anything I’d be extremely grateful - even if that is just a few words of encouragement
Thank you so much for your support.
