Story
As a Prostate Oncologist I see every day the devastating impact of prostate cancer on my patients and their families. Although things have advanced in recent years there is so much more to do.
The brilliant work by PCR with their drive for a screening programme and enhancing innovative research together with all our patients courage has pushed me to my next fundraiser. So I’m going to run the Liverpool South 10K on 1st Feb with my oncologist friend Dr Jonny Heseltine to raise awareness for prostate cancer and PCR
Prostate Cancer Research are dedicated to creating brand new prostate cancer treatments. Prostate cancer is now the most diagnosed cancer in the UK and 11,500 men die from the disease every year. People affected by prostate cancer need breakthrough treatments, and research is the only way to turn this hope into reality.
Their vision is clear; a world where people are free from the impact of prostate cancer. I’m part of #TeamPCR because I share this vision. Will you help me support their research?
