I've decided to try and raise some much needed money for The Hummingbird Centre, Bicester.

3 years ago I started going to the BSC gym in Bicester where I met and trained with Graham and Sarah Darby. Over the 3 years we have become good friends.

Unfortunately Graham has now been diagnosed with Lung Cancer.

After chatting to him and Sarah it became apparent that they started going to the Hummingbird Centre for much needed support and I felt I needed to help.

I lost my wife Hayley to Breast Cancer in 2022 and I know first hand what Graham and Sarah are going through.

Now the challenge I have chosen is what every one armed bloke would do......... row 20 miles on a rowing machine obviously!!

The event will take place at BSC Gym in Bicester on October 4th 2025.
