Will and I will be doing this 4 day 50 mile walk together over the May Bank holiday. Will has Autism, so this Run/Walk is particularily close to our hearts. Caspa literally changed his life when he joined at the age of 14. He gained much more confidence and made many friends as he was more comfortable in their surroundings. He never misses a club and has gained so much from their help and support. Please give what ever you can, we really appreciate it...Thank you..

fourdaysrunning and fourdayswalking are at it again - trying to raise as much money as possible for CASPA. This year our adventures take us to The Solent Way - running around 110km (68 miles) or walking around 80km (50 miles)

This diverse group - with varying abilities - support each other - come rain or shine - to complete this immense challenge - all to raise money for this incredible charity.

CASPA is a unique, rapidly growing and award winning charity that was set up in 2002, based in Bromley, providing support to autistic children and young people, and also to their families.
