My wife & I met while working for Quarriers house within the Lyssenmore project. Although I’ve since moved on, my wife still works there, and I still get to regularly see the staff and the incredible service users who continue to inspire us both.

I’m raising funds to give them something they’ve never had before: a proper event—the whole Lyssenmore project together, all included.

I am doing this by running from CARLISLE to NEWCASTLE! 70Miles - on June 13th 2026 (the wall-ratrace, if you want to have a look!). I have never ran this far - its far from my comfort zone but I'm going to push myself.

We want to host a special event where no one has to worry about money. Just joy, connection, and celebration.
