I'm taking part in a charity boxing match (UWCB) in Chester on the 7th December.

Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a genetic condition that affects the lungs and digestive system, causing blockages and complications in these organs. It often leads to respiratory issues, with frequent infections and reduced lung function over time, as well as challenges in absorbing nutrients, which can impact growth and overall health. CF is a progressive disease that requires ongoing daily management, but new treatments are helping people with CF live healthier and longer lives. However, it remains a serious, life-shortening condition.
