Dorset Mind is a local charity which has supported Dorset’s mental health for over 75 years.

The charity supports both adults and children by delivering life-changing services, including active monitoring and triage in doctors' surgeries, counselling, wellbeing groups and mentoring.

I am a volunteer (accredited) mindset coach and mentor working with adults and teenagers through Dorset Mind, helping those who need support to progess (and process) their lives.

Together we are taking part in the Jurassic Coast Ultra Challenge to raise money for the cause, while celebrating this historic World Heritage site in Dorset.

My personal challenge, is to achieve the full 100km over the 2 days and before my 69th birthday a month later.
