Last year at Strictly St Vincent's 2024, my wife put her excellent dance coaching skills to good use and trained a superb pair of dancers for the competition. A fun night was had by all and I rashly promised that I would participate the following year (assuming I would be at sea). I miscalculated and will be onshore and am being held to my promise. Claire has her work cut out for her training me up and will be dancing with me in an attempt to make me look vaguely competent.

The aim of the event is to raise funds for St Vincent's Hospice. St Vincent's is an excellent charity which provides palliative care for individuals with life-limiting conditions and supports their families. Any donations to this great cause would be gratefully accepted.
