I am currently training for Ironman 70.3 Swansea (1.2 Mile swim, 56 mile bike & 13.1 mile run) and also taking on Ironman Wales (2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike and a marathon run) in July and September 2025 in aid of Welsh Air Ambulance.
